I work closely with those navigating trauma, attachment wounds, grief, and relationship challenges, drawing on approaches that go beyond “just talking.” I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and trained in EMDR, which can help release the weight of painful experiences that feel stuck. I also bring in Play Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy to open up creative and gentle ways of exploring your story.

At times, therapy also calls for practical tools—which is why I integrate CBT and DBT to support you in building coping skills, managing emotions, and creating real shifts in your daily life.

My work has also been shaped by multicultural experiences, including time spent with children in Seine Bight, Belize. This continues to ground me in honoring the unique background and perspective each person brings into the room.

Most importantly, I believe healing happens in relationship. I am here to walk with you through the hard parts, celebrate growth, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel whole and resilient.

Therapy is a place where you don’t have to carry it all on your own. My role is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and tailored to you.

LET'S TALK EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences. Sometimes, when something painful happens, our brains don’t fully process it the way they’re meant to. Instead, the memory can get “stuck,” showing up as triggers, intense emotions, or negative beliefs about ourselves.

EMDR works by gently guiding your brain to reprocess these memories so they no longer feel as heavy or overwhelming. This is often done through eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation (like tapping or sounds) while focusing on the memory in a safe and supported way. Over time, the memory becomes less distressing, and you may notice yourself feeling calmer, more resilient, and more present in your life.
