I’m here beside you, witnessing your story and offering a safe space for growth, healing, and reflection.
If you have questions, are simply curious, or feel ready to begin therapy, I’d love to hear from you. Share a bit about what you’re hoping for, what you might be needing, or what you’re looking to explore, and we can take the next steps together.

1. we begin the journey with...
Once I hear from you, I’ll be in touch to answer any questions you may have and find a time that works best for us to meet via phone call. This is your chance to get a sense of me and who I am as a therapist. As well see if we align, with the goals and hopes you have for beginning therapy.
initial connection + consultation
2. we then do this and that
If we connect and you feel this is the right fit, the next step is scheduling your first session. This is your dedicated time to begin exploring what brought you here and what you hope to achieve, in a space that’s supportive, collaborative, and centered on your needs.

3. then we continue with...
Together, we’ll lay the foundation for your therapeutic journey by exploring what matters most to you and setting goals that feel meaningful and achievable. This isn’t about rigid rules or “one-size-fits-all” solutions, it’s about co-creating a plan that reflects your unique needs, hopes, and pace. With these goals in place, we have a roadmap to guide our work together while leaving space for growth, reflection, and discovery along the way.
setting goals + laying the foundation
4. we then add this step
As we continue meeting, therapy becomes a space where you’re truly seen and heard, no matter what comes up. We’ll navigate challenges together, celebrate your growth, and explore the patterns, feelings, and experiences that matter most to you. This ongoing support is about having someone alongside you, someone who holds space for your journey, encourages reflection, and helps you find clarity, healing, and confidence along the way.
continued support for your therapy journey
5. lastly that will lead us to
Therapy is a collaborative process -meaning we’ll work together at your pace. Our time is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, reflect on your experiences, and gain tools that fit your unique needs. It’s not about having all the answers right away, but about exploring together and finding what feels most helpful for you.
Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or just plain heavy at times—and you don’t have to carry it all on your own. Therapy offers a space to slow down, be seen, and sort through what feels complicated, painful, or unclear. Whether you’re curious, have questions, or feel ready to begin, I’d love to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore what you’re hoping for, what you’re struggling with, and how therapy can support you in moving toward the life you want.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps people heal from distressing or overwhelming experiences. Sometimes, when something painful happens, our brains don’t fully process it the way they’re meant to. Instead, the memory can get “stuck,” showing up as triggers, intense emotions, or negative beliefs about ourselves.
EMDR works by gently guiding your brain to reprocess these memories so they no longer feel as heavy or overwhelming. This is often done through eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation (like tapping or sounds) while focusing on the memory in a safe and supported way. Over time, the memory becomes less distressing, and you may notice yourself feeling calmer, more resilient, and more present in your life.
